In support to the vision and mission of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources through its Environmental Management Bureau Region 11, a Re-Orientation on International Standard Organization was held recently via Microsoft Teams on August 18, 2022.

EMB-XI has continuously find ways to improve the services it offers to its clientele, EMB-XI acquired its Re-Certification for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 after an External Audit was conducted on May 4-5, 2022.

The activity was participated by EMB-XI personnel who were re-oriented on the significance of the Quality Management System in the workplace.
Among the topics covered during the orientation was the 5’s principles and its benefits which can improve the safety, productivity, and quality in the workplace.

Since pandemic swept all nations including Philippines, EMB-XI has introduced the online system designed to make all services and transactions accessible by all clients without necessarily coming to the Office personally.

“We have introduced the online system to ensure that our services are not disrupted. We cater to the needs of our clients through online system. We have been doing this since pandemic started in 2020. Even as restrictions against COVID-19 are lifted, our online system is being implemented.” Regional Director Mario N. Bulacan pointed out.

The online appointment system was also designed for clients who wish to make personal transactions in the Office by simply filling out the form. A confirmation slip will further confirm the transaction schedule through email.

In getting feedback from clients, a customer evaluation form are provided for clients every time they make transactions at EMB-XI office. Feedbacks are consolidated and evaluated for actions to be taken when it is deemed necessary.
